Growing Beyond Emotional Immaturity – Therapeutic Group

Do you often feel emotionally responsible for others, struggle with boundaries, or constantly seek validation in relationships?

Many adults raised by emotionally immature or emotionally unavailable caregivers learned to suppress their own needs in order to maintain connection, avoid conflict, or feel accepted. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, difficulty trusting yourself, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

This therapeutic group was created to help adults better understand the impact of emotional neglect and begin rebuilding a more authentic, emotionally grounded sense of self.

Through guided reflection, psychoeducation, practical tools, and supportive group connection, participants will explore:

emotional patterns learned in childhood;
people-pleasing and over-responsibility;
emotional triggers and reactivity;
guilt, shame, and fear of rejection;
boundaries and self-worth;
relationship dynamics and attachment patterns;
reconnecting with personal needs, identity, and emotional autonomy.

This is a structured, trauma-informed process group designed for adults seeking deeper emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.
